Sushil Shah

Dr. Sushil Shah is the Founder-Chairman of Metropolis Healthcare Ltd. Instituted in 1981, Dr Shah started Metropolis with the vision of providing world class pathology services in India. Metropolis quickly became an instrument of innovation and many firsts in the Indian Diagnostics sector. Dr. Shah completed his M.B.B.S in 1972 and M.D. in Pathology & Bacteriology in 1975; and thereafter received Research Fellowship at the esteemed Cornell Medical Centre. Dr Shah has been a recipient of many awards and honours; The Rajiv Gandhi Gold Medal Award, Maharashtra Gaurav Award and Lifetime Achievement Award from the Six Sigma Foundation to name a few.
