Jacob Doctoroff

Jacob Doctoroff is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in the technology and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Product at Metropolis Technologies since November 2018, Jacob previously held multiple roles at Motivate International Inc., including VP Product, where pivotal contributions were made to the turnaround of Citi Bike and the growth of North America's largest bike share provider. Jacob's leadership in product development resulted in significant innovations, including pedal assist and dockless bike products. Additionally, Jacob played a critical role in business strategy at Motivate, leading the acquisition of technology supplier 8D Technologies and enhancing operational efficiencies through data-driven approaches. Earlier in the career, Jacob worked at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on revenue growth and strategic initiatives for large multinational companies, and started with RRE Ventures as a Summer Analyst. Jacob holds a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University.
