Anthony Alcantara

Anthony Alcantara, MTM, currently serves as Editor In Chief and Digital Content Manager at Metrobank since April 2022. Prior to this role, Anthony held the position of Editorial Head for Corporate Affairs and Communications at the Bank of the Philippine Islands from October 2017 to June 2022. Anthony's experience also includes roles as Corporate Communications Manager at ABS-CBN Convergence Inc., Corporate and Media Relations Manager at SPi Global, and Public Affairs Officer and Strategic Communications Team Head at PLDT. Anthony began a career in journalism as a Business Reporter at the Philippine Daily Inquirer from 1997 to 2000. Educationally, Anthony holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
