Justin Sangalang is an experienced recruitment professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Lead Recruitment Operations - Support at Metrobank since June 2022, Justin has effectively mobilized sourcing and hiring strategies while also holding positions as Senior Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager in the organization.
