Otilia Barbuta

Otilia Barbuta serves as Principal at HP Tech Ventures, focuses on identifying ambitious founders in AI, decarbonization, and manufacturing innovations. Otilia also leads the Startup Accelerator Program in collaboration with TechFounders. Previously, Otilia held roles including Senior Analyst in the CTO Office, where strategic analysis and thought leadership were developed, and EMEA Business Development Manager, achieving significant sales targets. As the host and producer of the Leadership Speaker Series "Thriving in Extraordinary Times," Otilia engages with notable leaders to inspire professional growth. Otilia chairs the HP Women's Network and is involved with the Metropolitan Club's Events Committee. Educational background includes a COBE from UC Berkeley, studies in Entrepreneurship at Stanford, a degree in Financial Management, and a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs.
