Matthew Judge

Matthew Judge serves as the Employee Relations & HR Compliance Manager at Metropolitan Commercial Bank since May 2023, focusing on creating a positive and productive workplace environment. Previously, Matthew held various roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from August 2006 to February 2022, including Employee Relations Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner, and Recruiting Manager, where expertise in employee relations, strategic HR initiatives, and talent acquisition was demonstrated. Additional experience includes positions at Cantor Fitzgerald as an HR Coverage Officer and at Credit Suisse as a Human Resource Generalist. Matthew holds a BS in Management from the University of Scranton and an MS in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
