Steven Herfield

Steven Herfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Since March 1994, Steven has served as President and CEO of METLANG LLC., a veteran-owned business specializing in interpretation and translation services for federal and state law enforcement agencies, particularly the United States Department of Justice. In addition, Steven has held combined roles as President and CEO of The Metropolitan Companies, Inc. since November 1987, and has led various other organizations including Metropolitan Hospitality, Inc., CTI Metropolitan, LLC, and CTI Graphics & New Media, among others. Steven's earlier career includes positions as President at Manhattan Temporaries, Inc. and Vice President at New Dimensions in Temporaries, Inc. Steven's educational background includes studies at Farmingdale State College and Jamaica High School.
