Luis Martinez

Luis Martinez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment, training, and project management. Since January 2014, Luis has served as the Human Resources Manager at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, overseeing diverse projects including the recruitment of Bus Drivers and managing the Council's global Internship Programs. Luis has previously held roles such as Human Resources Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist within the same organization, emphasizing efficient recruitment processes and candidate quality. Prior to this, Luis served as the Director of Recruiting and Training at AMR and as a Human Resources Assistant at The Sportsman's Guide, where responsibilities included training facilitation and applicant screening. Luis began the career as a Spanish Interpreter at The Bridge-World Language Center, Inc.
