Jayme Crumpton

Jayme Crumpton has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2011 as a Multi-Cultural Achievers Coordinator at YMCA Pierce and Kitsap Counties. In 2012, they became a Retention Specialist at Tacoma Community College Fresh Start, where they worked until 2022. In 2022, Jayme joined Metropolitan Development Council as the MDC Youth Education Programs Manager. They also briefly worked as a College Bound Regional Officer at College Success Foundation from April to August 2022.

Jayme Crumpton obtained a Childbirth Educator Certification from Indigenous Childbirth Education in the years 2020 to 2021. During the same period, they also acquired a Labor and Delivery Doula degree from Simkins Skill Center. Prior to that, between 2004 and 2009, Jayme pursued a Minor in Spanish at Washington State University, focusing on Comparative Ethnic Studies and Women Studies.
