Tonia Hess

Tonia Hess has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tonia began their career in 1996, serving in the US Army as a 91WM6 from September 1996 to April 2005. After completing their military service, they joined Metropolitan Development Council in January 2000 as a Head Nurse, where they worked until July 2015. In January 2015, Tonia was promoted to Manager and later assumed the role of Director of Housing & Care Management in June 2017. Tonia'sresponsibilities at Metropolitan Development Council are ongoing.

Tonia Hess earned a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from WGU Washington between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Non-Profit Management Certificate Program at the University of Washington from 2012 to 2013. Tonia obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from City University between 2010 and 2012.
