Lorenzo DeCicco has a rich and diverse work experience, spanning over several industries and companies. Lorenzo is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at MET Fine Printers. Prior to this role, Lorenzo founded GAME CHANGER iNC., a leadership consulting organization that focuses on driving tangible business outcomes. Lorenzo 'swork at GAME CHANGER iNC. is based on their 20 years of hands-on leadership experience, where they successfully delivered profitable growth and sales revenue exceeding $1 billion dollars.

Before establishing their own venture, Lorenzo worked at TELUS for almost two decades. During their time at TELUS, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Business, and demonstrated a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales, revenue, and operational targets. Lorenzo built strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, from C-level decision makers to front-line associates. Additionally, Lorenzo mentored and directed cross-functional teams of over 400 members, and spearheaded the launch of the SALES MASTERY certification process, resulting in over $1 billion in sales nationally.

Lorenzo's early experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing, Business, and Public Relations at HARD ROCK CAFE, Ward Music LTD., and Clearnet Communications Inc. Lorenzo played a crucial role in launching startup retail operations, managing multiple stores, and implementing comprehensive retail processes.

Lorenzo DeCicco has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, UBC Sauder School of Business, and University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. These programs have covered a range of topics including business, strategic management, marketing, leadership, board governance essentials, professional media training, and business administration and management.
