Nick Drushella

Nicholas Drushella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social change, equity, and youth development. Currently serving as Senior Director at Metropolitan Group since April 2021, Nicholas has spearheaded initiatives in social justice, public health, and environmental sustainability, focusing on social marketing and policy change. Prior roles include Development Manager at Northwest Outward Bound School, where Nicholas led initiatives aimed at enhancing equity in outdoor recreation, and Programs and Development Manager at Imagine Scholar, managing educational programs for youth. With a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Oregon, Nicholas has also engaged in significant internships with the United Nations Population Fund and contributed as a Rotary Peace Fellow.
