Tonja Moyer

Tonja Moyer currently serves as the Director of Performance Improvement at Metro Health, a position held since November 2018, and possesses extensive experience in process improvement and operational excellence. With a Master of Business Administration in Global Leadership from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Tonja has also held significant roles such as President of Journey Shaping since September 2016 and Senior Process Engineer at Spectrum Health prior to that. Notable achievements include obtaining Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, authoring a children’s book, and leading various operational improvement projects across multiple organizations. Additionally, Tonja's previous experience includes developing tools for project tracking, facilitating training programs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in several healthcare and corporate environments.
