Jon Waddle

Jon Waddle is an experienced professional in performance improvement and project management, currently serving as the Director of Performance Improvement at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Associate Director of Performance Improvement at the same organization. Jon's previous experience includes serving as a Senior LSS Project Manager and Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager at Shurtape Technologies, LLC from August 2019 to November 2023. Before that, Jon was an Advanced Project Manager at Auria from January 2015 to August 2019, and worked as a Process Engineer at both Crane Resistoflex GmbH and SGL Carbon from May 2013 to May 2015 and January 2011 to December 2013, respectively. Jon holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University.
