Anusha Karaan

Anusha Karaan is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Teacher for Reception classes at Cairo English School since August 2014, as well as the Head of Early Years and FS2 Coordinator at British International School Madinity since February and September 2020, respectively. Anusha has also been a KG2 homeroom teacher at Metropolitan International School since October 2017, providing mentorship and support for the Reading Team. Previously, Anusha held the position of Head of Department and Teacher at Blue Downs Primary School from June 2009 to August 2014. Anusha's educational qualifications include an Honours degree in Education from Northwest University, a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from the Australian College of Applied Professions, a DE3 in Junior Primary Education from Athlone College of Education, and ongoing studies in Special Needs at the University of South Alabama.
