Earlishia Oates

Earlishia Oates is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in community services and finance. Currently serving as a Community Navigator at Metropolitan Ministries since September 2022, Oates previously worked as an Accountant for Hillsborough County from October 2020 to October 2022. Oates also owned and operated We Get the Job Done Janitorial Service! from January 2017 to February 2020, and served as a Case Worker in Mental Health Care from April 2008 to February 2011. Earlishia Oates is pursuing an Associate's degree in Counseling and Human Services at St. Petersburg College, expected to complete in August 2024, and holds a credential in Accounting from D G Erwin Technical Center.
