Andy Lingfield (Smith) has a strong background in Human Resources, with extensive experience in various roles. Andy began their career at Transport for London in 2003, working as an HR Technical Developer, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Business Analyst. During this time, they provided reporting and analysis services, represented HR in technology builds, and supported key business decisions. Andy then moved on to become a People Management Advisor, where they provided advice and support on employment policies and coached managers in effective people management techniques. Andy also worked as an HR Business Partner, where they implemented HR strategies across multiple divisions and championed the HR agenda. In their most recent role at Transport for London, they served as the Head of HR Delivery, overseeing the effective provision of HR support to employees and leading a team of Business Partners and People Management Advisors. Andy's work experience also includes positions at the Metropolitan Police, where they held roles such as Strategic HR Business Partner, Head of Workforce Planning and Deployment, and Director of HR - Service Delivery.
