Anthony Spencer

Anthony Spencer is an accomplished Portfolio Manager at Metropolitan Police since January 2019, specializing in transformational change and the analysis of risks, resources, and finance to enhance project delivery. Previously, at the UK Home Office, Anthony managed a national law enforcement IT change portfolio and served as a Senior Policy/Economic Advisor, shaping business strategies for a new IT company. Anthony's extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Economic Adviser at NPIA, advising on national IT-change programmes, and holding roles in economic advisory at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, PostComm, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and Ofgem. Anthony's educational background includes a Master of Arts with distinction in Business Analysis from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia.
