Ciara Darcy

Ciara Darcy is an experienced professional in communications and project management, currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Metropolitan Police since April 2025. Previously, Ciara held various roles at NSPCC from February 2020 to October 2025, including Creative Project Manager, where responsibilities included end-to-end delivery of creative projects and content creation across multiple marketing channels. Earlier in the career at NSPCC, Ciara worked as a Junior Creative Project Manager and Stewardship Executive, effectively managing donor engagement and improving customer experiences. Prior experience also includes working at Wayfair as a Supplier Acquisition & On-boarding Associate, excelling in managing supplier processes and relationships. Ciara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and French from the University of Southampton, a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Associate Project Management from the Chartered Management Institute, and studied at Aix-Marseille University.
