Clare Rose has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Clare has worked for the Metropolitan Police, starting in 1993 as an Office Administrator and progressing to roles such as Recruitment Manager, Senior Recruitment Manager, and Service Delivery Manager. Clare'smost recent role at the Metropolitan Police was as an Operational Support Manager from February 2018 to October 2022. Clare is currently the Head of People & Professionalism at the Metropolitan Police. Additionally, Clare has also served as a School Governor for the National Governors Association from November 2017 to October 2020.
Clare Rose completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Business and Finance from the University of West London from 1995 to 1997.
