Lorraine Hilder has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Senior Lead at the Metropolitan Police since March 1991. In this role, Lorraine is the Lead Responsible Officer for Operation Aegis, overseeing a Public Protection Team that focuses on safeguarding investigations across London, dealing with issues such as missing children, child sexual and criminal exploitation, and child abuse. Lorraine's background includes operational frontline policing in Hackney Borough and a position as a Detective with the National Crime Agency from December 1999 to September 2003. Lorraine's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Criminology from the University of Cambridge, a degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff University, and completion of Lean practitioner training through the Chartered Management Institute.
