Lucy Peters

Lucy Peters is an experienced Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager currently with the Metropolitan Police, overseeing the relocation of 3,500 staff as part of the Estates Transformation Programme. Prior to this role, Lucy served as a Business Change Manager in the Digital Policing IT Transformation Programme, leading a large-scale business transformation project impacting 44,000 officers and staff. Additional experience includes change management and communications leadership at NSPCC, workplace design management at Sky, and management consultancy roles for various organizations, including the UK Ministry of Justice. Lucy holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Real Estate Management from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) in International Business and French from Aston University.
