Mike Y.

Mike Y. serves as the Cyber Risk Quantification Service Delivery Lead at KPMG since August 2021, where risk and resilience transformation strategies are developed for clients across various sectors including finance and government. Concurrently, Mike has been involved with the Metropolitan Police in multiple roles since March 2016. Prior to KPMG, Mike worked at the Information Security Forum from November 2017 to July 2021, contributing significantly to developing the Quantitative Information Risk Assessment methodology and serving as a product manager for several key initiatives. Additionally, Mike collaborated with the International Organization for Standardization, contributing to key updates in information security standards. Previous roles include intelligence analysis at Pilgrims Group, research on counter violent extremism, and various research and policy positions within governmental and international organizations. Academically, Mike holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The University of Edinburgh and has completed an undergraduate exchange in Politics at Queen's University.
