Swati Khare-Zodgekar

Swati Khare-Zodgekar currently serves as the Director of Finance Business Partnering at Metropolitan Police, a position held since February 2017. Prior to this role, Swati worked as the Deputy Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills from 2013 to 2017. Swati's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Corporate Services at the Committee on Climate Change from 2008 to 2013 and various roles at Defra from 2000 to 2008, focusing on finance and business planning as well as policy advisement and internal auditing. Swati began a career at Public Trust as a Strategic Planning Manager and gained significant experience as a Senior Manager at EY from 1992 to 1998. Swati is a qualified member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune.
