Yu-fen Chou is an experienced musician and educator with a diverse background in piano performance and teaching. Since 2002, Yu-fen has been self-employed as an accompanist and chamber music player, while currently serving as an adjunct professor at Prince George's Community College since September 2016, and as a piano teacher at the Metropolitan School of the Arts since August 2015. Previous roles include summer camp piano faculty and musical accompanist at Levine School of Music, choir director at Washington International School, and adjunct professor at Trinity Washington University. Yu-fen's educational background includes a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Vocal Accompanying from The Catholic University of America and a Master of Music in Piano Performance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
