Julie Chase

Julie Chase brings more than a decade of specialized knowledge to Walden Security as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout her tenure at Walden Security, Julie has served in positions for both the Federal Services Division (FSD) and the Commercial Services Division (CSD) bringing a wealth of experience to the senior executive level. She has significant experience within the Benefits, Medical and Human Resources Departments. In her role as EVP, she oversees the Human Resources activities of the corporation for both FSD and CSD.

In her most recent role with Federal Services Division as the Director of Human Resources, Julie developed one-on-one communication with management and peers, implemented processes and procedures with learning and development, and enacted new labor relations programs to assist their staff. Her interactions were never limited solely to HR; she played an important role in the leadership of FSD in all areas, dealing with over 3,000 field-level personnel as well as the entire FSD staff.

Julie holds her PHR and is a certified ADA Coordinator. She is also a member of the Society for HR Management (SHRM), the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Chapter of Chattanooga Women Leaders.
