Michelle Ferero, MS, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at The Paper Store, overseeing HR functions for one of the largest family-owned specialty gift businesses in the United States. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions at Barnowl Advisory Group as an Executive & Partner, and Proterial Cable America as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. Additional experience includes leadership roles in human resources at Methuen Construction Company, Consigli Construction Co., and prior managerial roles at Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, where Michelle received multiple promotions. Michelle Ferero holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
