Hope Dalton currently serves as the Director of the Colorado Produced Water Consortium at the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, focusing on collaboration to meet the requirements of HB23-1242 related to water conservation in oil and gas operations. With extensive experience in higher education, Hope is an Affiliate Instructor at both the University of Colorado Denver and Metropolitan State University of Denver, specializing in interdisciplinary learning in environmental science and communication. Previous roles include Strategic Project Liaison and eLearning and Communications Specialist at the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice, as well as a Project and Grants Closeout Specialist at the Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Hope holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Management, Policy, and Law from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
