Lisa Abendroth

Lisa M. Abendroth is a Professor and Communication Design Program Coordinator at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where responsibilities include program development, curriculum writing, student recruitment, and faculty mentorship. With extensive experience in design, Lisa has contributed to the field as a Co-Founder of the SEED Network and as an Executive Committee Member of the Design for the Common Good Network. Previous roles include Managing Director at Monigle, focused on creating enduring brands across various sectors, and Art Director at The Reddy Corporation International, overseeing an art department for industry publications. Lisa holds an MFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a BFA in Communication Arts and Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
