Michael Bernhardt

Michael Bernhardt is an accomplished art educator with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Art at Metropolitan State University of Denver since August 2012, Michael specializes in teaching studio foundations and sculpture, as well as courses in electronics and digital fabrication. Previously, Michael held positions as an Affiliate Instructor and Adjunct Instructor at the University of Colorado at Boulder, focusing on drawing, painting, and sculpture. Michael also has experience as an Art Educator at Fort Collins High School. Educational credentials include an MFA in Art from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BFA in Pottery/Ceramics and Art Education from Colorado State University.
