Natalie de Sole

Natalie De Sole is the founder and program evaluator at Rooted-Growth LLC, where the focus is on enhancing learning environments through effective evaluation processes since April 2018. Additionally, De Sole serves as an affiliate professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver, teaching research methods and capstone classes in the MSW program since August 2019. De Sole's previous roles include senior evaluator at Vantage Evaluation, where responsibilities included designing research proposals and developing training, as well as researcher at SPEC Associates, specializing in stakeholder engagement. With extensive experience in program evaluation and social policy, De Sole has held internships at organizations such as American Indian Health and Family Services and Save the Children UK. Currently, De Sole is a doctoral candidate in Education at Colorado State University, building upon an MSW from the University of Michigan and a BA in History from Grinnell College.
