Denise E. Williams, Ph.D, MBA, is an accomplished professional in talent and workforce development, currently serving as a consultant at DEW Consulting Group, Inc. since 2012 and as a professor and Department Chair at Metropolitan State University since 2014. With a wealth of experience spanning various roles, Denise has effectively combined expertise in cross-cultural studies, entrepreneurship, and motivational speaking, most notably hosting transformational events like the "Build Your Dream Through Entrepreneurship" initiative for women veterans.
