Doris Hill

Dean, College of Nursing & Health Sciences at Metropolitan State University

Dr. Hill most recently served as a Chancellor Fellow at Minnesota State working on the Equity 2030 target setting initiative and as the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health at North Hennepin Community College. She has over twenty years of academic teaching, leadership, and administrative with Minnesota State. Dr. Hill graduated with a PhD from the University of Minnesota and completed a two year Post-Doctorate in the School of Medicine with the University of Minnesota – Duluth.

She earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Science from Augsburg University, and an Associate of Science degree from Normandale Community College. She is a peer reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and received a HLC Peer Corps Hero award in 2018 for her work with a critical substantive change visit.
