Luiza Dreasher, Ph.D., is the Founder and CEO of Mastering Cultural Differences, an organization dedicated to promoting global diversity and inclusion through education and best practices. With extensive experience spanning over two decades in various educational and leadership roles, Luiza has developed multiple academies and training programs aimed at improving workplace culture, addressing microaggressions, and fostering inclusive environments. Additionally, Luiza contributes insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion as a writer for The Winters Group, Inc., and serves as a Diversity Management Instructor at Metropolitan State University. Luiza's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Higher Education/International Education and specialized training in intercultural communication.
