Roger Israel

Roger Israel is a seasoned academic with over two decades of experience as a Professor of Public Administration at Metropolitan State University since August 2000. Expertise includes curriculum design and development, student advising for up to 75 graduate students, and the creation of numerous certificate programs in areas such as Public Service Management and Human Resource Management. Previous roles include Associate Professor at Hamline University and Director of Research and Long Range Planning at the Twin Cities Metropolitan Council. Roger Israel holds a Doctor of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and multiple master's degrees in related fields from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Minnesota.
