Chatinder Bal

Chatinder Bal is an experienced professional in the residential development sector, currently serving as the Director of Land at Metropolitan Thames Valley since October 2018. In this role, Chatinder is part of the Development Leadership Team, overseeing the delivery of a program aimed at creating 2,000 homes annually across London, the South East, and the East Midlands. Prior to this, Chatinder held multiple positions at Thames Valley Housing Association, including Residential Development Director and Regional Land and Programme Director, where responsibilities included sourcing and securing new land and development opportunities in line with the organization's growth objectives. Additional prior experience includes roles at Sovereign Housing Association, contributing to the management and development of housing projects.
