Jim Lipnos

Jim Lipnos possesses extensive experience in the land development and construction sector, currently serving as Director of Land at Rockford Homes since October 2023. Previously, Jim held the position of Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Treplus Communities from January 2022 to October 2023. Jim's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated during a long tenure as President of Homewood Corporation from August 2006 to December 2021. Earlier in a career, Jim worked as a Project Manager at Whitlatch & Co. from 1994 to 2004. Jim earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from The University of Akron, studying from 1991 to 1999, and attended Kent State University from 1988 to 1991 with a focus on Architecture.
