John Frangou

John Frangou has extensive experience in property maintenance and complex repair management, currently serving as Head of Delivery at Metworks for Metropolitan Thames Valley since September 2017, overseeing 150 employees and various subcontractors responsible for maintenance across London's property portfolio. Prior roles include Complex Works Manager at both Metropolitan and Willmott Dixon, Owner/Director at Black Knight UK Ltd, and Regional Performance Manager at Thames Water. John Frangou holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCL, earned from 2002 to 2006.
