Sarah Willis

Sarah Willis is an experienced professional in strategic partnerships and programme management, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships & National Delivery at Metropolitan Thames Valley since March 2020. With a background at Hyde Housing as the Successful Places Programme Manager since September 2014, Willis has developed youth strategies and women's enterprise programmes across multiple organisations. Notable previous roles include National Programme Manager for Positive Futures at Catch22, Vice Chair of Arc Theatre, and Director at circleindigo Limited, where facilitation and organizational change were key focuses. Additionally, Willis has a strong foundation in learning and development, having held senior consultant roles at TDA and project direction at The Talent Foundation. An early career in design culminated in a BA Hons in Design from Central St Martins School of Art.
