John Hayden is an experienced professional with a robust background in program delivery, finance, and operations across various industries, including transportation, healthcare, and technology. As the Director of Program Delivery - Transformation at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since June 2017, John has successfully collaborated with leadership to reorganize business structures and develop strategic business cases for new technology platforms.
