Joyce Denise Brown serves as the Deputy Chief Diversity Officer for the State of New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, a position held since April 2016, where responsibilities include directing, managing, and supervising Equal Employment Opportunity programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
