Troy Nelson

Troy Nelson serves as Vice President of Infrastructure Organization Operations at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since May 2023. Previously, Troy held the position of Managing Consultant at PM Solutions from April 2004 to May 2023, where efforts focused on process-engineering initiatives for a state government transportation department.
