Yvonne N. Choubah

Yvonne N. Choubah, PE, currently serves as Senior Director of Program Operations & Asset Management at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority since December 2019. Prior to this role, Yvonne worked as a Structural Engineer in Bridge Design & Inspection at WSP USA from June 2012 to December 2019. Earlier in Yvonne's career, experience included Construction Inspection & Management at Century Engineering, Inc. from 2009 to 2012. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
