Matthew Pelton, P.E. is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Engineer II at Metropolitan Utilities District, focusing on project management for capital improvement and maintenance projects. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Project Engineer at SCS Engineers, where responsibilities included environmental compliance and permitting across various projects. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, focusing on soil organic carbon modeling, as well as earlier roles that involved wastewater management and stormwater analysis. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
