Stephen Dickas

Stephen Dickas is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Accounting at the Metropolitan Utilities District since May 2023. Prior roles include Controller positions at Owen from July 2022 to May 2023 and at Western Capital Resources Inc. from May 2021 to March 2022. Stephen also held the position of VP & Corporate Controller at Ballantyne Strong from November 2017 to May 2021 and served as VP & Controller at Berkshire Hathaway Energy from December 2005 to October 2017. Earlier in the career, Stephen worked as Director of Finance at First Data Corporation and as a Senior Associate at PwC. Educationally, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 1990.
