Alison Fischer, PE, serves as the Department Manager of Engineering and Facility Services at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since September 2010, overseeing operations at Dulles Airport. Previous experience includes roles as Engineering Division Manager and Project Manager, Civil Engineer. From January 2001 to August 2018, Alison held multiple positions with the DC Divas, including Vice President of Football Administration and Head Coach, while also contributing as a player. Prior to that, Alison was a Senior Civil Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 1988 to 2010, focusing on project management and design in highway and rail, and started as an engineering intern at Wilbur Smith Associates. Alison holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1983 and 1988.
