Chryssa Crouch Westerlund has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. From 1992 to 1995, they worked as a Senior Auditor and CPA at Ernst and Young. In 1996, they joined Bain and Company as a Consultant, where they conducted operational and benchmarking analysis for clients. Chryssa then moved on to AT Kearney, where they served as a Management Consultant and Senior Manager, leading consulting teams in identifying and implementing solutions for Fortune 500 executives. In 2003, they joined HP Enterprise Services as a Client Executive Director and later became the Director of Service Excellence, where they led senior professionals in analyzing financial data and customer feedback to drive growth and profitability. From 2004 to 2015, they held several roles at HP, including Global Alliance Director and Industry Alliance Leader, responsible for driving revenue through strategic alliances. Since 2015, they have been with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, where they started as the Vice President of Marketing and Consumer Strategy and now serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and strategic partnerships.
Chryssa Crouch Westerlund completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at The University of Texas at Austin from 1987 to 1991. Chryssa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance and Marketing concentrations at The Wharton School from 1995 to 1997.
