Phillip James

Phillip James has extensive experience in property management and engineering, currently serving as a Property Book Officer at Sosi International since April 2017, and as a Corporate Property Manager for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since June 2016. In addition, Phillip has worked at Lockheed Martin as both an Electronics Engineer and Property Analyst, and held the position of Property Manager at SAIC from August 2012 to February 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Government Property Administrator at DCMA from November 2008 to August 2012, and a Client Owned Equipment Administrator at KBR, Inc. from October 2004 to September 2008. Phillip began a career in logistics with the US Army, working as an Automated Logistical Specialist from January 1998 to July 2004. Education was completed at Woodrow Wilson High School from 1994 to 1997.
