Scott Cooper has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Scott started their career in 2002 as a Corporate Relations Manager for Southwest Airlines, where they focused on increasing corporate travel spend from Fortune 500 companies in New York. Scott then joined JetBlue Airways as a Regional Sales Manager in 2008, where they led the New York sales team in growing corporate and agency air revenue. Scott was later promoted to National Accounts Manager, where they were responsible for expanding corporate and agency revenues among JetBlue's largest accounts. In 2017, they joined the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority as the Director of Airline Business Development, where they designed and implemented business development strategies to maintain and increase demand for passenger air service at Washington Dulles and Washington National Airports.
Scott Cooper attended Furman University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
