Betty Kuo Brinton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the water management sector. Since August 2011, Betty has served as Senior Deputy General Counsel at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, providing legal advice particularly in cybersecurity, eDiscovery, information governance, and data loss prevention. Previously, Betty held the role of Deputy General Counsel within the same organization and began their legal career as a Law Clerk, researching federal and state environmental law, administrative law, water law, and real estate law.
